Nirmal Chhaya is a senior citizens' home established in 2009 and managed by the Lachman Dass Devki Devi Bhasin Charitable Trust. Located on approximately one acre of land in Asola, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, it provides a peaceful residential environment for older adults who wish to live independently with support and companionship. Facilities include spacious furnished rooms with attached bathrooms and kitchenettes, male and female caretakers available around the clock, housekeeping assistance, vegetarian meals, purified drinking water, gardens and walking areas. Residents can also access recreational spaces, a meditation hall, yoga and pranayama sessions, counselling and arrangements for hospitalisation in medical emergencies. The home is intended primarily for senior citizens aged 60 and above who are physically and mentally healthy, mobile and able to manage their daily needs independently.
