About the Role

As a Partnership Intern at CareNesto, you will be the bridge between our platform and senior care homes across India. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to old age homes, retirement communities, and senior care facilities — introduce them to CareNesto, and onboard them as listed partners on our platform.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research senior care homes and retirement facilities across target cities.
• Reach out via calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch CareNesto's partnership model.
• Explain platform benefits, listing process, and answer facility queries.
• Coordinate onboarding — collect facility details, photos, pricing, and care type information.
• Maintain a tracker of outreach, follow-ups, and signed partnerships.
• Work closely with the founding team and share ground-level feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills — verbal and written, in English and/or Hindi.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person outreach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Genuine interest in elder care, social impact, or health-tech.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or fieldwork is a plus — not required.
